I created this chipboard tag tonight using a rubber stamp image from Inkadinkado. I have used colored pencils,copic markers, distressed and placed the image on pop-ups. I have in addition added prima flowers, ribbon, and fiber to the tag. The wording" Happy St. Patrick's Day" has been embossed. These tags make your scrapbook layouts and projects stand out!
