I wanted to make a card or tag this evening so decided to use this Up and Away image from Victoria Case Stamps. I decided on a tag that can be placed on a gift, card, or an album page. I have used colored pencils, copic markers, and glitter. He's so cute looking at his ballons for Valentine's Day.

--- but can I make a suggestion ?? ... I think I would ink-distress a little the edges of the main white with letters cardstock in red colour. What do you think ???
