Here I have created a Frosty Handmade Christmas Card by using the Penny Black Frosty Stamp. As you can tell I really like to decorate with Snowmen! This is such a cute Snowman stamp. I have embossed Frosty, distressed, added ribbon and Prima flowers to this card. I have also handstamped and embossed the Winter Phrase.
